Longer
stays
Basically -
the longer the stay, the better the rate so please contact us to
discuss further.
Deposit
To book a room or an event within 60 days we
require full payment. If
booking accommodation more than 60 days in advance we process a 50%
deposit, with the balance of payment being due on arrival. All bookings
subject to our cancellation policy.
Visa,
MasterCard
or Bankcard may
be used to secure deposit.
Credit
card transactions
will incur a $5 fee.
Cancellation Policy
Individual bookings (where up to two rooms have been booked):
No
refund of deposit if
cancelled within 21 days of arrival date but a credit will be offered
subject to availabilty.
No refund of
credit available if cancelled withion 14 days of booking.
Full
payment required if
cancelled within 5 days of arrival date .
Group
bookings, Weddings and events:
Initial deposit required on booking and is non refundable.
50% of event cost required with in 30 days of event date non refunable.
Full payment of event cost requried within 10 Days of event date non
refundable.
