To book a room or an event, we process a 25% deposit ($50 min). Visa, MasterCard or Bankcard
may be used to secure deposit.

cancellation policy

Individual bookings (where up to two rooms have been booked):

Refund of deposit is not available if cancellation is within 10 days of booking.

Full payment is required if cancellation is within 5 days of booking.

Group bookings and events:

Refund of deposit is not available if cancellation is within 30 days of booking.

Full payment is required if cancellation is within 10 days of booking.
